For deliveries up to 5 yards
The cost is the picked-up price per yard plus a delivery fee of $135.00.
Anything from 5 yards up has a per-yard delivered price.
EXAMPLE
4 yards of topsoil delivered
$44.50 per yard 
plus $135.00 delivery charge.
5 yards of topsoil delivered
$53.50 per yard delivered.
No additional delivery charge.
